The Carel Corporation was retained to provide environmental assessments of multiple facilities for a regional automotive service and transportation company.  Our services included Phase I Environmental Site Assessments of potential company acquisitions.  If the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment determined that recognized environmental conditions existed, then a Phase II was performed.  The primary goal of the Phase II assessments was to quantify the extent of the cleanup.  Our services allowed our client to expand their company while limiting their environmental liabilities.
